Day 1 of My 2nd Shape Journey

Today I restarted my Shape Reclaimed Program. I have been on the program since May 29, 2015, where i started off at 365.3 pounds. I couldn't hardly walk a block without stopping to take a breath, i couldn't bend over to tie my shoes, I couldn't kneel in church my left knee hurt so bad. My heart doctor told me back then i was slowly dying if i didn't lose weight.
I found Shape Reclaimed through my sister in law Pat Camden, she had lost 80 pounds on the program and had kept it off. I talked to her and found out all the information and made the appointment.
It took me 1 year to lose 160 Pounds, in June 2016, a little over a year from where i started i went into Maintenance on the Shape Program to maintain the weight i had lost over the previous year.
I was doing good on maintenance but i was indulging a bit more than i should have been, i had originally gave up peas, corn, potatoes, carrots and bread. However, during the week i would eat like i was supposed to, but on weekends when we went out for dinner i would have a baked potato or chips at a mexican restaurant. We then went on vacation in Texas for 12 days and didn't eat right there either. All in all I have put back on 20 to 25 pounds over the course of 10 months.
It isn't a lot of weight, but after being so successful at taking off the 160, putting 25 back on was a setback to me.
Today, February 25, 2017 I decided to take control back with my eating and get back down to my original goal weight of 205, and possibly 199, that would be ideal. I haven't been in the 100's in 50 years.
I had my Shape appointment on Friday and started my "Glutton Days" today on Saturday. The Glutton Days as they call them you eat healthy fat, or bad fat, things you don't normally eat, or as i say "eat things you will miss the most!" Pizza, Fried Foods, Ice Cream, etc. I also restarted the drops .50ml that help to attack the bad yellow fat, and take it out of my system, only allowing the good fat to remain. My three meals on Saturday were:
My starting weight was 225.3
Breakfast - 2.5 Egg Casserole with a Mixed Fruit bowl, i don't normally eat bananas so they were included in the meal.
Snack - A Dark Chocolate/Peanut Butter Kind Bar
Lunch - Chinese Buffet in Peru, IL had a lot of fried foods, onion rings, ice cream, egg rolls, and rice. I felt horrible afterwards, but it will come back off this next week.
Dinner - Gluten Free Noodles with Shrimp and Cheese Sauce
Took my drops 3 times today as well and now heading for bed. Going to have pancakes and syrup on Sunday for the 2nd Glutton day.
I am a Shape Warrior, I can and will redo this Program and have a successful outcome again!!
