Back on Track

Sunday February 26, 2017, i had a hard time sleeping as i work overnights now, and on my days off it is hard to sleep at night. I had an Apple that i sliced up, a hard boiled egg, and some crackers before 7am. I went out and took some pictures before church.

Breakfast was a Farmers Omelet, which consists of 3 eggs, potatoes, green pepper, and bacon. I also ordered a side of bacon and rye toast with butter. I drank 4 cups of Decaf and had an 8oz glass of water.

Lunch was Crackers with Guacamole, celery, radishes, and a kind bar. My wife was working so we went out for dinner when she got home.

Dinner we went to a Mexican Restaurant, ate the free chips (2 baskets full) then ordered fajitas that had steak, shrimp, chicken, and chorizo with vegetables. Flour tortillas, with beans and rice. I took 2 of the flour tortillas and made a couple of tacos to take to work at 10pm.

I slept for 3 hours before leaving for work at 9:30pm. My lunch consisted of the 2 tacos, a bag of fresh veggies, an apple, and a kind bar. The first day of the new program starts on Monday morning.

Starting weight was 227.6 on Sunday afternoon.
