Yellow Ironweed

Yellow ironweed, loved by bees and butterflies. I haven't found any medicinal uses for her except as a topical use on achy joints...and as a mood lifter. 

You see...for when I'm in the open meadow, enjoying the sunshine upon my face, I have to stop and patiently wait for the bees or butterflies to give me a good shot and in those moments I have to be present. 

I don't think about worldly problems or my own. It's a connection of oneness and of healing. 
So, I repeat...although I won't be #wildcrafting this lovely...she will be healing me.
Let nature be your healer.
