Gratitude & Forgiveness

On this chilly and sunny fall morning I have mindfully chosen the rich colored herbs for gratitude and for healing of the heart, throwing in any others that I felt inspired to include. There are days that we need to heal our hearts by forgiving the world, forgiving others and most of all forgiving ourselves. This helps create a grateful heart.

My forgiving heart healing brew includes, roses, the beautiful red pineapple sage, echinacea, oxeye daisy, elderberry blossom, mullein and horsetail.

I sit sipping my tea and offer up gratitude for the ability to be able to soften my heart and offer forgiveness. This opens up a space for love to flow and keeps the unwelcome energies of anger to build up in my body.
